We'll gather a few key details and schedule a complimentary, one - time meet and greet at the location where services will be provided.
Meet - and - Greet Visit
This visit allows you, your pets, and our team to get acquainted and ensure everyone feels comfortable. It's an essential step before booking any services — every client must complete a meet and greet.
Paperwork & Profiles
If you decide to move forward, we'll email you a service agreement and pet profile forms to complete. These help us tailor care to your pets' specific needs.
Form Submission
Return the signed documents via email. If scanning isn't an option, we're happy to arrange a pickup at your convenience.
Scheduling Services
Once everything is received, we'll confirm your booking and begin providing loving, reliable care for your pets.
